The University of San Diego Real Estate Alumni Association once again brought together students, alumni, and industry professionals for a night of friendly competition and community support at the 14th Annual USD Real Estate Alumni Association Bowling Tournament and Scholarship Fundraiser.

The annual event, a long-standing favorite on the USD real estate community's calendar, continues to serve a dual purpose: connecting generations of Torero real estate professionals while raising critical funds for student scholarships within the USD Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate.
This year's tournament was made possible thanks to the generous support of presenting sponsor Cavanaugh Properties, led by principal Caleb McKinley ('02). McKinley's continued commitment to the program reflects the close ties many alumni maintain with their alma mater long after graduation, and his sponsorship helped anchor another successful night of fundraising. McKinley is also a member of the USD Real Estate Alumni Association Advisory Board.
The event also benefited from the support of several other key sponsors whose contributions helped make the evening possible: A1 Self Storage, Realty of America (ROA), California Bank of Commerce, and C3 Bank. Their participation underscores the strong relationship between USD's real estate program and the broader San Diego commercial real estate industry, many of whose leaders are USD alumni themselves.
Proceeds from the tournament directly support scholarships for current USD real estate students, helping to ease the financial burden of graduate education and ensuring the next generation of real estate professionals has access to the same opportunities that helped shape the careers of tonight's bowlers and sponsors alike.

Bowlers filled the lanes for a night of laughs, competitive spirit, and networking, but when the pins settled, one team rose above the rest. This year's winning team brought together Toreros from across multiple graduating classes:
Keith Dulmage, MSRE 2026
Greg Granito, 2001
Tyler Jenkins, MSRE 2019
Alex Leonard, MSRE 2012
Jake Rauvola, MSRE 2026
The multigenerational makeup of the winning squad is emblematic of what makes the tournament special each year. With graduates spanning more than two decades, the team's victory highlighted the strength and longevity of the connections forged through USD's real estate program — connections that bring alumni back year after year, not just to compete, but to give back.
