The University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business has launched the new MSRE Referral Program, an initiative designed to expand access to the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program (and other graduate programs) while strengthening connections across the commercial real estate community.

The program invites alumni, industry partners, and community members to recommend talented professionals who may benefit from the MSRE experience. Referred applicants will be eligible for a $5,000 scholarship (while funding lasts), reinforcing USD’s commitment to investing in future leaders. Grounded in rigorous quantitative coursework and supported by the Burnham-Moores Center’s mentorship, career guidance, and industry engagement, the MSRE program prepares graduates to make an impact across the real estate sector.

In our community, progress often begins with a simple introduction. If someone in your network is ready to take the next step in commercial real estate, we invite you to connect them with us.

Please email a brief introduction to Catherine Northcutt (or anyone at the BMC) at cnorthcutt@sandiego.edu, and our team will gladly follow up to share more about the MSRE experience and opportunities available through the referral program.

Together, we can continue building pathways for the next generation of real estate leaders.
