USD’s 2025 MSRE Cohort: Shaping the Future of Real Estate

The University of San Diego Knauss School of Business proudly welcomes the 2025 Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) cohort, a class of 40 students who bring professional experience, academic strength, and diverse perspectives to San Diego’s commercial real estate community. This group includes 26 full-time and 14 part-time students, with nearly a quarter pursuing dual degrees through USD’s MBA program or the University of Regensburg in Germany. Representing California, multiple U.S. states, and nine international students, the class averages five years of experience across real estate, finance, development, military, and more. With its remarkable mix of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives, this year’s MSRE cohort is well-positioned to become the next generation of leaders in the real estate industry.
