Students studying real estate at the University of San Diego have access to one of the most robust scholarship opportunities available to real estate students anywhere in the country. Through the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, undergraduate students majoring or minoring in real estate, as well as those enrolled in the Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) program, can apply for scholarships designed to support their academic and professional development.

During the recent 2025-2026 Fall semester alone, a total of $320,500 in scholarships was awarded to USD real estate students, helping ease financial pressures and allowing students to focus more fully on their education and professional growth.

The Burnham-Moores Center is now launching its Spring scholarship application window, which includes $93,000 available exclusively to USD real estate students, along with more than $200,000 in additional scholarships from external sources.

For many students, the impact of these scholarships extends far beyond financial support. Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) student Lee Mannion shared how meaningful the Adam Robinson Endowed Military Scholarship has been during his time at USD.

“This scholarship has opened a vital door for me as I pursue my MSRE at USD. It not only eases the financial path ahead but allows me to immerse myself fully in the innovative work that draws me to this field, blending technology with the timeless foundations of real estate to shape communities like our beloved San Diego,” said Mannion.

The scholarships are made possible through the generosity of alumni, industry partners, and philanthropic donors who believe in investing in the next generation of real estate leaders.

According to Joe Bertocchini, Senior Manager of Scholarship, Industry and Alumni Development at the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate, the program reflects the deep commitment of the real estate industry to supporting students at USD.

“We are incredibly grateful to the alumni, industry partners, and donors whose generosity makes this level of financial support possible for our real estate students at the University of San Diego.” said Bertocchini.

Through these scholarships, the Burnham-Moores Center continues to strengthen the connection between students, alumni, and industry leaders—ensuring that talented students have the resources and support they need to succeed both in the classroom and in the real estate industry.
