The Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate partnered with CREW San Diego to host its annual Dialogue Series on November 13, bringing together students, industry partners and community members for an engaging morning of learning and connection. Held at the Alexandria at Torrey Pines, the program combined relationship-building and breakfast with a keynote presentation by Danielle Sprouls, Esq., executive coach and author of WTF: Women That Flourish.

The morning brought together students from USD and SDSU along with professionals representing a wide range of commercial real estate sectors. The result was a lively, thoughtful conversation about navigating change with greater intention, perspective, and resilience.

Before the program began, CREW San Diego announced the two recipients of The CREW Catalyst Coaching Experience: Kaitlin Arduino and Rachel Kaliff ('26 MSRE). Danielle drew the winners’ names during the event, with each recipient receiving two private executive coaching sessions, a personalized insight report, and tools designed to support their next stage of professional development.

Danielle then led a lecture-style presentation centered on her signature P.I.V.O.T. Strategy, a framework that encourages individuals to slow down, question assumptions, seek support, and take meaningful steps toward progress—especially in moments of uncertainty or transition. Drawing on her extensive background in commercial real estate and her coaching practice, she highlighted how market shifts and professional pivots can become opportunities for growth when approached with clarity and purpose.

The atmosphere in the room was warm and energized, with many participants commenting on how relevant the discussion felt to both their careers and their personal growth. The Dialogue Series continues to serve as a valuable space for connection and reflection, and this session underscored the power of bringing the CRE community together to share tools, ideas, and encouragement.

We extend our gratitude to CREW San Diego and to the Burnham-Moores Center’s sponsors for helping make this event possible, and to Danielle Sprouls for offering such an inspiring start to the day.
